Merrifield Basement Remodel
We turned this 1500 sq ft unfinished basement into a beautifully designed living and entertainment space, perfectly suited for both everyday living and summer gatherings!
This remodel features:
- Two spacious bedrooms, including one with a newly added egress window for safety and natural light.
- A modern bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and built-in linen cabinets for extra storage.
- A convenient kitchenette with custom cabinetry.
- An entertainment area designed for relaxing and hosting guests.
- A large walk-in storage closet and utility room for added functionality.
To bring this project to life, we centralized the HVAC system and relocated the water heater for improved efficiency. We also installed new plumbing beneath the concrete slab, added a lift station, and mounted a new on-demand water heater.
This remodel provides our clients with the perfect space to host friends and family, making their home even more inviting!
